Albertson Cooking School began in 1973 at a time when chefs such as Georges Perrier and Tell Erhart were qjuickly rising to the top of their culinary domination and inspiring the home cook to venture further than a can of cream of mushroom soup. Early classes were filled with wide eyes audiences, savoring every bite and word, and featuring some of the most classic reicipes of their time. This fun filled demonstration class will take on the challenge of those popular recipes with a flair for the modern kitchen and present tastings that won't skimp on flavor!
