This 8-week weight management program, specifically designed for women who have had a baby within the last year, is conveniently scheduled to meet the needs of busy moms with hectic schedules. Instruction will help moms to get their life back on track with tips for quick healthy eating, safe postpartum exercise, and other weight loss strategies. NEW! Healthy Steps to a Healthy Weight
A 12-week weight management program that teaches participants the tools to lose weight by developing healthy habits for a lifetime. Program is taught by a Registered Dietitian and Exercise Specialist and includes individualized nutrition feedback and a weekly fitness activity. Note: Check with your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Peripheral Vascular Screening
Coronary heart disease is the single leading cause of death in the US. Participate in this screening to learn if you are at risk. This screening assesses your risk for peripheral vascular disease and is painless and non-invasive. Testing includes an abdominal aortic aneurysm screening, an ultrasound review of carotid arteries, and an ankle brachial index. Results are reviewed by a vascular surgeon.
