Headed into town on Kelly Drive, there is a parking lot just after passing under Strawberry Mansion Bridge. This class is located at the public dock which is 2200 Kelly Drive Philadelphia PA 19104 ( You can park in the St Joseph's Boathouse Parking Lot and then you will need to walk around the building to the public dock. You will see a fleet of boats stored outside on racks and that means you have arrived at your destination. Porta potties are the restroom accomodations.Mark Bergkvist
