In this course, students will learn the basics of acting and creating a character on stage. You will work on developing the vocal skills necessary for developing an effective presentation. From there you will work individually or with a partner creating characters through a series of monologues or scenes from contemporary works (No Shakespeare!). For the final session, we will create an opportunity to share what you have learned with family and friends. Ages 16 and up.
