This class is designed specifically for those with physical limitations. Modifications are always offered so that the needs of each student are met. Students move through postures while seated in a chair and also while standing while using the chair for support and balance as needed. The class also places an emphasis on fostering greater mind body awareness.
Please note this class is available online via ZOOM (invite will be sent prior to start of classes) or in-person. Pls note there is one flight of steps leading up to the studio.
